The Kois Center

One of our core values is "Constant Improvement," and Dr. Parry lives this out by dedicating himself to over 100 hours of continuing education every year. He’s a proud graduate of the prestigious Kois Center — a world-renowned institution that trains dentists to combine their passion for patient care with cutting-edge techniques and technology to uplift their overall health. Dr. Parry is deeply committed to providing top-quality care to the Summerfield community, and you can hear more about his Kois Center experience in the video below.

Mastership with the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD)

Earning the prestigious MAGD designation is no small feat. To achieve it, Dr. Parry completed over 1,100 hours of continuing education that primarily involved hands-on training rather than just coursework. On top of that, he passed a rigorous written exam, proving his expertise and commitment to excellence.

Fewer than 2% of general dentists ever attain this distinction, making it an exceptional achievement. To put it in perspective, North Carolina requires just 15 CE hours per year for dentists. At that rate, it would take over 73 years to meet the MAGD’s educational requirements! By the time Dr. Parry earned his, he had completed the equivalent of nearly a century’s worth of CE—solidifying his dedication to providing top-tier care.
